Mum-of-two collapses and dies from ‘heart problems’ while singing on Facebook Live as thousands observed for thirty minutes and did NOTHING, her family claims

The rehab worker all of a sudden fell and began gasping during the live-stream horror

A MUM collapsed and died while holding her son on Facebook Live as thousands observed on in horror but did nothing, her family said.

Keiana Herndon, 25, was live-streaming a movie of herself singing when she all of a sudden fell ill last week.

The mum, who was holding one-year-old son Rylee at the time, began wiping her face and wiggling her head before she fell and dropped her phone.

She could be heard gasping for air as little Rylee screamed during the horror on December 28.

The last thing recorded was a friend rushing into the home in Arkansas thirty minutes after Keiana collapsed and calling 911.

The mum, who worked at a rehab centre, was rushed to hospital but sadly it was too late to save her.

Her devastated family have now hit out at viewers as the number of people watching the Facebook Live stream enlargened from a handful to "too many" – but no one called for help.

Keiana's uncle Jeffrey said: "It was real hard.

"The views went from two or three to too many, for it to be a tragic live shot."

Her dad Richard Herndon added: "It's amazing for someone to sit there and see somebody or hear them take their last breath and nobody did anything."

A post mortem hasn't been carried out yet but Keiana's mum Mary Morgan said she suffered thyroid problems, which may have caused her heart to collapse.

Aunt Barbara Johnson, who was watching the stream, said: "She go to wiping her face and wiggling her head, and I was thinking, what’s wrong with Kei? We call her Kei.

"She then, she fell back and then Rylee picked the phone up and embarked talking and playing and then I hear [gasping noise], then I heard one more . I didn’t hear nothing else.

"Never knew that was going to be the last breath she would take [would be on] on social media live."

The original movie has been liquidated by Facebook.
