TruLink Remote
TruLink Remote provides the utility you deserve with the fast-acting features you need.
By using Starkey’s newest accessory, TruLink Remote, Halo iQ works with or without a smartphone. You can also control memory and volume, mute your hearing aids and turn other special features on and off.
Apple compatibility
Made for iPhone Hearing Aids and the TruLink app have been tested and are compatible with all versions of iOS ten and iOS 9. Apple’s Operating System (iOS) runs your iPhone and is responsible for managing the connectivity inbetween the iPhone and Made for iPhone Hearing Aids. iOS UPDATE NOTE: When updating the version of iOS on your iPhone, the hearing aids may lose connection, requiring you to unpair and re-pair the hearing aids with your iPhone.
The TruLink app is a supplement to your Made for iPhone Hearing Aids and offers a multiplicity of enhanced adjustment capabilities and arousing features. The TruLink app relies on iOS connecting to the hearing aid in order to communicate.
Made for iPhone Hearing Aids and the TruLink app are compatible with the following Apple devices: iPhone seven Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone SE, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone six Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone Five, iPhone 4s (Halo only), iPad Pro, iPad Air Two, iPad Air, iPad (4th generation), iPad mini Four, iPad mini Three, iPad mini with Retina display, iPad mini, iPod touch (5th generation) and Apple See. Use of Apple Witness requires iPhone five or later.
For best spectacle, we recommend using TruLink Four.0.
